8. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping
* Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought
* Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivery will be done in 5-7 working days.
*Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000
International Shipping
We use trusted delivery partners for our international orders to make hassle free delivery to our customers and we charge Rs.2500/- per order irrespective of the items bought.
Payments can be done by card/ paypal .
Any international order for saree is entitled for free Fall and Hemming service which leads to extra delivery time. Kindly give us 6-7 days to dispatch your order after fall and hemming.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
* Weather conditions
* National or religious holidays
* Pandemics or unforeseen circumstances
Banarasi Ethnic will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to such conditions.
9. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, products may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Banarasi Ethnic shall not be liable for any such customs or import duties imposed by the destination country.
10. Exchange & Return Policy
As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
In case of any issue with the piece, please follow our policy below for exchange. The order will eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
An incorrect piece has been delivered, not matching the item in the confirmation email.
Purchased goods has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To complete your exchange, please email us at care@banarasiethnic.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

Delivery address
Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@banarasiethnic.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping address and if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner we will not offer refunds. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order for a correction of address with the order number.
Conditions for Exchange
* Items must have original tags
* Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
* No perfume, deodorant, detergent smell, makeup, or tan marks
Important Policies
* Altered outfits cannot be exchanged
* International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
* Refund and cancellation requests are generally not accepted
In case of refund if it meets the terms and conditions and due to cancellation of order Refund will be done in 10 working days in same source from where the payment was made
