Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer  exchange only in specific cases .

Your order will be eligible for exchange if:

* You have received an  incorrect product  that does not match the item mentioned in the order confirmation.
* The product has a  manufacturing defect .

To be eligible for exchange:

* The item must be  unused, unwashed, and unworn .
* The product must be returned in its  original packaging .
*  All original tags, barcodes, and invoice  must be intact.
* The request must be raised  within 24 hours of delivery .

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at  [Care@banarasiethnics.com)  within  24 hours of delivery  with the following details:

* Order Number
* Delivery Address
* Reason for Exchange
* Images of the product (mandatory in case of defective or incorrect item)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note that  customers will be responsible for the shipping charges  for returning the product.


Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following case:

* If the order is cancelled before dispatch and meets our cancellation criteria.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and credited to the  original payment method  used during the purchase.


Important Notes

* Products that are  used, washed, altered, or damaged  will not be eligible for exchange.
* Items with  missing tags, barcodes, or invoice  will not be accepted.
* Exchange requests must be raised  within 24 hours of delivery.
* International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the courier partner makes  three failed delivery attempts , the order will not be eligible for refund.

Customers must  contact us within 24 hours of placing the order  if they need to update or correct their delivery address.

Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to  refuse or reject exchange requests  under the following circumstances:

* Excessive or unusual return activity.
* Returned products that appear  worn, altered, damaged, or used .
* Missing packaging, tags, or invoice.
* Any suspected  fraudulent or abusive activity .

We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly violate our policies.

Shipping Delays

During  festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions , delivery timelines may be impacted. We request your patience and assure you that we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely.
