As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.

In case of any issue with the piece, please follow our policy below for exchange. The order will eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:

  • An incorrect piece has been delivered, not matching the item in the confirmation email.
  • Purchased goods has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To complete your exchange, please email us at within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping address and if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner we will not offer refunds. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order for a correction of address with the order number.


In case of refund if it meets the terms and conditions and due to cancellation of order Refund will be done in 10 working days in same source from where the payment was made

Reserved Rights Regarding Exchange

  1. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  2. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  3. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
